What We Believe

We are followers of Jesus Christ, rooted in the historic Wesleyan-Methodist tradition and committed to the timeless truths of God’s Word.

We believe the Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God; the true guide for how we live, worship, and serve.

We believe in one God (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) revealed fully in Jesus Christ, who lived, died, and rose again so that all people might be forgiven, redeemed, and restored.

We believe in grace: that God reaches out to every person, that faith in Jesus Christ brings salvation, and that the Holy Spirit transforms us day by day into the likeness of Christ. This journey toward holiness of heart and life is at the very core of what it means to be Methodist.

We believe the Church exists to make disciples, worship God wholeheartedly, and love our neighbors as ourselves.

We believe in the sacraments (Baptism and Holy Communion) as sacred gifts Christ has given His people.
